MATERNITY REFLEXOLOGY (HOME VISITS AVAILABLE)

  1. Are you experiencing back pain?

  2. Is it difficult to fall off to sleep or do you have difficulty sleeping?

  3. Do you suffer from Constipation?

  4. Are you a little more anxious during your pregnancy? Would you like to take an hour to relax?

  5. Are you low in energy and exhausted?

  6. Are you Experiencing nausea or sickness?

TIPS

  1. Eat Little at Regular Intervals, Bland foods eg crackers are know work best

  2. Stay Well Hydrated

  3. To help reduce Nausea, try to Open Windows while cooking, Avoid Strong Perfumes

  4. Take Each Days As it Comes, Each Day Brings a Different Change,

  5. Plenty of Rest, Take All the Help Offered to You, Your Body will Thank You

  3. Try to Rest While Baby Sleeps - Try Not To Be Tempted to Overdo Cleaning and Cooking

  4. Good Nutrition A Balanced Diet inc Whole Grains, Pasta, Rice, Cereal and Fruit

  5. Life in the moment, Enjoy As Much Of The Time Together With This Little Person, It does Not Last Forever

BABY BLUES:

I remember those myself - a shift in emotions after Birth (for me it was approx 3 days after birth lasting 2 days) - feelings of sadness, anxiety, hopelessness Please remember if those "Baby Blues" are lingering - have a chat with your GP
